โThe property was in excellent condition, with all utilities of a high standard.
All communication prior to and after arrival were first class. The check-in procedure was clear and simple and without any problems.
The location was very good for us, reasonably close to the main attractions, with public transport nearby if required. There are also shops nearby for groceries etc if required.
Overall, the apartment contributed greatly to a lovely stay in New Orleansโ
โGreat hotel in a great location. Just enough outside of the nightlife, but still very walkable to most attractions. Staff were always so friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and a great size. You have to request room cleaning but it was no problem. Our mini fridge wasn't working and when we called the front desk to let them know, they quickly brought us up a new fridge. Would stay again! โ
โWe loved having a doorman. They were so pleasant and helpful. Everyone in the hotel was pleasant and friendly. It was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I would definitely stay there again. โ

โI especially enjoyed the engagement of the staff from the valet and bell hops to the front desk to the chandelier bartenders and also the room attendant. Everyone not only greeted me, but also engaged in meaningful conversation to ensure my stay was 5-Star! โ
โThe esthetics were beautiful & the rooftop had amazing views of the city. Itโs located in New Orleans Art District and walkable to various restaurants & grocery/convenience stores. We would definitely stay again. โ
โProperty was in a convenient location. 4 minutes walk to casino. 10 minute walk to bourbon st. Best part is we didnโt have to deal with the nightlife unless we wanted too. Corner store in the corner.โ
โOne block from Bourbon Street. Very close to the action scene but away enough to get good sleep. Loved the apartment style suite. Staff were very friendly.โ
โWe arrived on Saturday around noon, the front desk staff 10/10 then I went into the restroom, very disappointed 1 stall was full of poop and the wash area trash was overflowing. Then went up to our room and I had forgotten my toothbrush, I seen one of the housekeeper's just asked "do you know if they offer complimentary toothbrushes"? She was downright RUDE! โ
โRooftop pool was great and it was convenient that a bar and music was at the pool as well. We loved our room ! Bed and pillows were very comfortable and mini fridge was stocked with everything you would need. Grocery store also located 2 blocks away. โ
