โWonderful! It was one of the best hotels i've been to. Such a lovely building, very well maintained and nicely decorated-- couldn't look for more! Service was great the restaurants and bars were great--โ
โWe stayed in the Crescent Suite, and it was beautiful. Corner so wall to wall riverview windows, brick walls, wood posts and exposed beams. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Trains at night didn't bother me, but we walked all day every day.โ
โThe staff was incredible. Especially, Nolan, Dwight, and Henry as well as the girl at the front desk with long dark hair. I'm embarrassed I can't remember her name... First class, white glove, genuine service. It was my second time staying at this hotel and my mom's first as well as her first time flying. They made sure to make her feel welcome and definitely made us want to come back again very soon! I can't recommend this hotel enough. โ
โBest hotel I have ever stayed! Staff members were very friendly and hotel rooms were just gorgious. Breakfast was also very delicious. I strongly recommend to stay there.โ
โWe arrived on Saturday around noon, the front desk staff 10/10 then I went into the restroom, very disappointed 1 stall was full of poop and the wash area trash was overflowing. Then went up to our room and I had forgotten my toothbrush, I seen one of the housekeeper's just asked "do you know if they offer complimentary toothbrushes"? She was downright RUDE! โ
โOne block from Bourbon Street. Very close to the action scene but away enough to get good sleep. Loved the apartment style suite. Staff were very friendly.โ
โThis hotel had a beautiful courtyard and pool. Indoor parking was nice. The room was very nice and bed was really comfortable. It was near Jackson Square and the Cathedral plus Bourbon Street and tons of stores and restaurants.โ

โMemoir was an exceptional hotel stay for my husband and I during the weekend in between our work week. The apartment was so Beautiful-Very Chic and Clean - We really enjoyed our weekend, sitting on the patio, drinking wine- It was as if we were Home! The rooftop pool, deck and bar was so Cute! The Common Room was Dope!!! Itโs Close to all of what New Orleans has to offer, yet far enough to enjoy the beauty. Will stay here again if ever Iโm back in Louisiana! โ
