The property, room, and restaurant were all fantastic! Loved it. The pool area was beautiful and would have been more enjoyable if there was not some sort of party with many children running, jumping, pushing and shoving in and around the pool. It was unfortunate that the parents were inside one of the poolside rooms. Overall a fantastic spot and we will be back.

I liked the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Our rooms were huge and everything seemed very clean. I liked having a restaurant on property. The breakfast was very good. I really like that they gave us plenty of bottled water and even replinished them. I had no issues. This is the best hotel I've stayed at and will definitely stay again the next tme I visit Hershey.

I was very impressed with how clean the room was.The pool was also clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable and no loud noises from outside made our sleep even better.Came here on a family trip to Hershey Park. The park was only 20 minutes away. Will book again for next years family trip to park!

Stayed here with my family for a trip to Hershey Park. I have no complaints. Front desk staff were friendly, check in/out was easy. The room was clean, the kids enjoyed the pool(too cold for me), and my pup was happy. Would stay again.

4/5 Stars – Wonderful Family Stay with Great Amenities! We had a fantastic time overall, and this hotel is truly perfect for families with kids! The indoor pool was an absolute highlight, and the hotel was beautifully decorated. We especially loved O’Reilly’s, the restaurant right inside the hotel—the staff and bartenders there were incredibly helpful, warm, and welcoming, and the food was a big hit with the kids. The only reason for taking off one star was our experience at the front desk. The staff came across as a bit dry and detached, and a warmer atmosphere would have made a huge difference to our initial arrival and overall stay. That being said, the stay itself was wonderful, and we would definitely recommend it to other families looking for a great getaway!
