I stayed here once before- staff was far more helpful and offered up information without having to ask for it. This time, the front desk staff was disinterested in customer service. There were renovations going on at the time as well, which is a good thing. Room was comfortable enough. 1 minute to airport.

The people working at the desk front were very polite and helpful. The bed was super comfy too I didn't want to get up for my shuttle to the airport I was so comfortable. Everything in the room was clean and neat. Great overnight near the airport.

Everything at the hotel was very good, lower ratings across the board was due to hotel doing upgrades. Very little to do with our room even tho Iā€™m sure ours was due to be upgraded. No noise or construction interference. Great staff.

Fairfield is acceptable for a one night stay if you are going in or out Bradley. The shuttle service works well. A good Italian restaurant is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The staff is pleasant and helpful.
