“I was extremely disappointed with several aspects of my stay. The microwave was unclean, and my children were subjected racial profiling by another guest. When my daughter brought this to the attention of the staff, she was met with a dismissive attitude, which is unacceptable. Additionally, the toilet was clogged for the majority of our stay.i am extremely disappointed I am on limited income and I had a terrible experience”
