Our room itself was fine, but top came off one small table and the shower was designed in such a way that we soaked the mat each time. More importantly, our reception at the hotel was lukewarm; my call to the front desk to request help with the TV went unanswered; and, on my subsequent trip to the front desk, I was told that they didn't know how to work the new TV system. We were in the back of the building and there was a large party in the parking lot. It appeared to be a family reunion or something like that, that was part of the hotel owners family. “Used to be one of my favorite hotels anywhere, the Sagebrush was such a disappointment, i won’t be back, the place has fallen into a bad state of disrepair, from rotting, titling boards which caused a fall on the staircase, sheets with bloodstains, (laundered, it looked like stains that just don’t come out). The menu is greatly reduced and the food was terrible. Again, I’m not just an old nag, and for $200+ night i guess I expect clean sheets, some semblance of safety on staircases and walkways....
