The hotel staff were pleasant and very helpful, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a family stay. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, but the food was cold and not particularly flavorful. Additionally, with germs and illnesses circulating, I would have appreciated stronger safeguards to ensure sanitary conditions in the breakfast area. Despite these concerns, I would stay here again. There was plenty of parking, and the location was convenient to American Dream and other nearby attractions. Overall, we enjoyed a comfortable stay and would definitely stay again.

good room. quiet. the kitchenette was very useful for breakfast and refrigerating leftovers from restaurant visits. the bathroom was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. i would have preferred the bed be away from the air vent. the tv was big and there was a lot of space. the staff was friendly and helpful. i like the free parking because parking, especially at those prices, should be free.

Hotel was very clean. Rooms were spacious and the little kitchen made it so much easier traveling with kids. Breakfast changed daily which was also nice. Staff were friendly and attentive. Cute fire table outside with a lot of seating. The only thing we didn’t like was the shower- low pressure and it took forever to warm up. Overall we had a great stay!

I stayed at Home2 Suites in Hasbrouck Heights with my dog for a week before flying out of Teterboro. I let the staff know when I was leaving with my dog for about an hour and only asked for my room to be vacuumed. When I came back, the cleaning staff had cleaned the entire room, which I really appreciated and did not expect. The front desk staff was very friendly. Since I was unprepared with food, I was down there often, buying snacks and frozen meals. They would chat with me and by the end of the week, they all knew my room number and only had to show them what I was carrying to charge me. Breakfast was really nice. There was a variety each morning of different options but they always had toast and eggs as an option. There were other dogs but for the most part, they were fairly quiet.

As always, the room and property was clean. The staff was very pleasant and nice. I had no issues. I didn’t complain but my room had a smell like an animal was in there prior to our visit. The breakfast buffet was decent as always. I enjoyed my visit as always.
