It was a great stay, location is a bit out of the way but in a very nice quieter area of the city, was very happy with our room aside from the fact the “windows” were beside a stack of machines so sounded like an airplane going off, they did offer to change rooms but we stayed as the room we had was very modern and bright. Breakfast included for one morning was average, overall recommend staying here and the hotel itself is so quiet.

The location is great. The building is connected to Namba station. If they step up a few things, I would give it 5 stars.
Cleanliness: the sink clogs and the sink stopper did not stay up to drain the water. There was a stain on one of the seats. The bathroom looks outdated for a 4 start hotel.

Pros: Friendly staff. The room is clean. The kitchen has basic equipments that you can make your own breakfast. It has a laundry & dryer in the room which is very convenient for families. There is a supermarket about 500m away from the hotel.
Cons: It is about 1km from Dotonburi / Namba. It is not super convenient but it is acceptable.
