Very satisfied and will return

Hotel is just a normal hotel, however it is very near to lee garden night market. Hotel is clean,room aircond is cold. But, wifi is too slow in rooms. But its totally worth it.

Location is good. The hotel facilities are bad. 1. No water heater for the first day, after complained for few times, managed to have water heater for my 2nd and 3rd day. The last day, again no water heater. 2. Wifi is super unstable and weak in connection. 3. Room is dirty, we change to another room but still it is dirty. 4. Noisy, we can hear people talking from the room next door.

Overall our stay at Aloha hotel is pleasent. Really appreciate that they accept to proceed for check in when we arrive at hotel around 10.00AM. The cons maybe can do some maintenance on their window. When there is a wind blow, there is a loud thud. Will stay there for my next trip to hatyai!

A very old hotel and the light is very dark in room. Not really clean, have ants anywhere. Never come again 😔

We had a very bad experience in this hotel. First night with the aircon engine sound right outside our rooms that we are unable to sleep. After numerous complaints, then the hotel staff offered to change our rooms to a different floor. After changing to another floor, one of the room has bed bugs in the bed and rooms was dirty. Stain in the toilet and insect on the wall. I will not return to this hotel for future stay.

Check-in n check out was fast n efficient. During check-in, Requested for 2 extra pillows n were surprised the extra pillows were already in the room. Service by front office staff were very good, concierge was helpful and janitor was helpful and polite, will strongly recommend to my friends. Thank you and keep up the good work.
