"There was no coffee supplied in our room from day 1. I asked each day for both the tea, coffee and milk to be replenished. The milk was restocked on my first request, but no coffee. I requested coffee again, plus extra milk, but neither were restocked. This was the only thing that let this property down"

The location is also very convenient, especially if you’re arriving or departing by train. It’s a great option for a quick stopover or layover in London.
