“Very comfortable, tastefully decorated room, appreciated the fully working air con. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Service great on check in and in the restaurant also. Highly recommended.”

“I had. A room with a broken window no curtains just a blind which did not block out traffic noise or did the single window glaze . No room had a shower in room ,or toilet ,the shower was just 1m x1m floor space with no space for hanging clothes . I would not stay there again .”

“Work retreat organised a few months ago.. Absolutely flawless check in, staff went out of their way to make our stay fun and memorable. Beautifully renovated with old and new features. The spa area was so refreshing. Would highly recommend booking the suites as really good value for money as all extras including spa access are included. You also get a private living space including an outdoor shared hydrotherapy pool which is great for a large group or family.”

“We had a lovely stay at Tewinbury for our wedding anniversary. The room was beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for a special night away. The hot tub made the stay feel extra special, and the whole setting was peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the little touches that made our anniversary feel memorable. It was a short stay, but a very enjoyable one, and we would be happy to come back again.”

“Great location, beautiful grounds but rooms are in need of maintenance: The toilet seat does not fit properly, the toilet pan is cracked, the bath is not clean, the window blind does not work, the wallpaper is torn, the carpet is stained, and the windows can not be secured when open due to a broken latch. And...NO hot water!! (so no shower!) Breakfast was disappointing too as the coffee machine was broken and so was the toaster (so no toast)...”

“My bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed and modern. The only thing I would say was that the twin room that I was in wasn't really suitable for business travellers as it didn't have a proper desk. I used the bar instead which was a little noisy. I discovered after going to bed that the smoke/fire detector had a red flashing light on it which illuminated the whole bedroom and disturbed me when going to sleep. Also the car park is not big enough for the hotel size, meaning...

“Last minute booking made at 8pm by 11.30pm was at the property and no lockbox enaul had been forwarded so could not get into the property. Had to find alternative accomodation as could not waitcany longer for the info as no indication my issue was being addressed. Finally received the lockbox email at 12 30am 4.5hrs after the booking. Would not advise last minute/evening bookings for this venue.”

“Stayed in the lovely en-suite room, which was nice, large and clean! Bed was quite comfortable. Bath was very modern. Only things to be informed about is no A/C (typical in non-corporate hotels!), may have missed the little tidbit of info on their webpage, but room had fan, which we put in window and had cool nights eventually. Shower is modern, but VERY small. Ultimately, I recommend the Nap Inn as a unique European stay!”
