โBy sheer chance we ended up at the Three Cups - and it is a delightful family run traditional (as in 500 years old traditional) coaching inn. The food was fantastic, both at dinner time and breakfast. Very personal attention paid to everything. Beautiful gardens, with streams running through. The village is spectacular, with wonderful little shops, as well as the trout streams running right through. โ
โThe George Inn was an excellent choice for our first night in England, due to its proximity to Stonehenge and the reasonable cost. All staff were attentive and helpful. We enjoyed a late afternoon walk on the country lanes of Middle Wallop. I want to mention a few things that did not bother us but may matter to other potential guests:

โTruthfully it was excellent value for money, both checkin and room service staff were greet. I ended up booking an extra night and used it as a base for travel as close to motorway with no noise. Well done yo the staff once again. โ
โAbsolutely LOVED the Stonehenge theme! Loved the little park and the mural in our room! The restaurant was quite good and well priced. My kids loved playing on the bus after eating.โ
โIt started well with a very warm welcome on arrival and a hostess who had a good sense of humour which is always a bonus for me with my humour. She was friendly and showed where the room was rather than just giving directions... I was there for the one night and the room was very comfortable and has all you need in it and you could stay a couple of days comfortably.
