“Was a pleasure staying at Hawkstone Park Hotel. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming, only thing was the parking. Seemed like the people coming to play golf were parking in the hotel car park. But other than that it was a nice place to stay”

“Spa brilliant and all staff super friendly”

“Would have been a 5 star review but I asked the first night if staff could kindly remind other residents to move away from the front steps of the building whilst smoking kate at night as it comes into the bedroom window. Second night I had to ask 3 different gentlemen to please move away as their smoke was keeping me awake and affecting my asthma. Two were very apologetic and moved but the 3rd I got abuse from and it was not nice😞.”

“Rebecca is the beating heart of this place. Such a warm welcome and a fab breakfast! Stayed for 3 nights last week and had a lovely time. The b&b is closing which is sad but best of luck for the future Rebecca (and husband) wishing much success and happiness to you both!”

“There was an issue at check in regarding our family room whereby the expedia booking info hadn't pulled through correctly to the hotel. I would recommend emailing the hotel after booking to reconfirm everything. The family room was a decent size, although towels were stained and the free mini's were half used. The pool facilities were lovely. The pool was a little chilly, but jacuzzi very nice and warm.”

“I’d booked for a room in the Queens Wing however was given a room in the Kings wing. The room was quite dated, the carpet was old and lots of wear and tear. The room and corridors were musty smelling. The reception and bar area have been refurbished since my last visit however the rest of the hotel still needs work!”

“맛있는 아침과 친절한 직원들의 응대에 만족합니다.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Great location and staff were all very friendly and helpful. The luggage storage facility was great for both pre and post check in. Will stay again when next in Chester if the price is right”

“It was fine, nice surroundings and quiet”

“The breakfast was really good as were the evening menu choices. In the room, the guide understated the amenities. It was modest about the WIFI capabilities which I thought were actually very good. Similarly, there was a reference to decaffeinated coffee being available for the room on request but it was actually already there.”

“Loved our stay here. Very quiet room, clean and cosy. Fabulous staff, especially Shannon. Good food too. Highly recommend.”

“시내에서 접근이 편리합니다.”
