Really great price, convenient location. The best part was the staff was incredibly accommodating when we needed to check in early, they made it happen. I loved the coffee bar and the hotel was quiet and clean.

Situated on the small Main Street area where shops and food are nearby!!! The rooms are spacious and priced so well!!! This hotel should not be passed by and if your in the area please stay!!!!!!

Very well maintained, clean and quiet historical hotel. We had a room with a very nice whirlpool bath. Very comfortable and romantic. Enjoyed the coffee and treats in the hallway. Great Italian restaurant on premises. Need reservations.

Hotel was very accessible, super clean, and nicely decorated. Despite being in a beautiful older building, all amenities were modern and accessible on each floor. My only complaint is there wasn’t an ice bucket in our room or a scoop in the ice machine. Otherwise, it was great!

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and quiet. The whole place was pretty quiet. Very old timey vibe. Coffee and snacks were readily available. If we were there longer, we would have tried the restaurant. Heard it was very good. Parking spots on the street are conveniently available, but you do have to pay the meters during business hours.

100 year old small hotel in a small Pocono town. Has everything you need, comfy bed, tiny shower, in room wine glasses. Coffee and packaged snacks and fruit are in a central location. There is an excellent Italian restaurant with a lively bar on the first level. Be sure to reserve for dinner during your stay. The hotel does make clear your room is located on the 2nd floor. No elevator.

After a long stressful drive, my arrival was warmly greeted and easy. The classic old school hotel set up was a nice change from the usual cookie cutter style. Every creak of the stairs had character (no elevator). The room was surprisingly spacious with an unexpected fireplace and large sitting area. The front desk saved me a seat at the busy bar, after mentioning that I'd be down soon. I enjoyed the on site delicious restaurant, old fashioned bar with a speakeasy feel, and live piano/singing entertainment with my favorite cover songs and feel good vibe. The manager made it a point to check in a few times and it was clear that they are taking care of a family business, and caring about your stay, not just hired staff. Great stay, I will be back!

The restaurant was excellent. The food was delicious, the music was great, and the staff was friendly. However, there were a few issues with the accommodation. The staff was very friendly and helpful whenever they were there, but in the morning there was no one available, and there was no one I could ask for assistance when I needed help. In addition, the bed was very short. I am 156 cm (5'1") tall, and unless my head was right at the very top of the bed, my feet extended past the end of the mattress. The shower was also very small, and there wasn't enough room to stand comfortably while showering.

Came here for a weekend getaway with my girlfriend and everything was quite charming. The staff is very hands on and explains everything perfectly. When we got to the room it was actually larger than it appeared in the photos as well! Proximity to everything in downtown Hawley made everything walkable our entire trip and it gave off the quaint Pocono small town vibes that truly made it a welcoming and enjoyable experience. We both agreed this would be our hotel of choice when we come back to Hawley!
