โA unique and quaint property. Owners have a long history with owning the beautiful lodge. Perfect for what we needed (1 might stop over). Would love to go back once fully renovated as a wedding venue. It has so much potential and I wish them all the best. Quirky fact - Charles Dickens stayed here back in his heyday! โ
โThe stay was great from the moment we parked the car easily and walked into the lobby. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the rooms were comfortable (a good night's sleep).

โWe were able to check-in a little bit early upon arrival. I'd previously completed an online check-in so it was very quick.
The room was in good working order and as described.
We had breakfast included in our rate. It was nice; there was a good selection and it was well worth having as there aren't any other options on the door step.
