"The staff was so friendly across the entire stay. Everyone was fantastic! The room was clean and it was a lovely historical hotel, but the staff really went above and beyond. The only downside was that there were people outside that were on some elicit substances and there was a fight involving dogs while I was there with my two young daughters. It did make me feel rather unsafe. That is more location based, nothing against the staff or the hotel. "
"We really enjoyed our stay at The Underwood-Hale House. Beautiful historic charm with comfortable, well-appointed rooms. Everything was clean, quiet, and thoughtfully maintained. The location near College Hill and Brown University was perfect. "
