"The room was lovely and quite adorable. We were able to drop our bags off before check-in so we could site see. Staff was kind and accommodating. Only complaint (and this isn't the hotels fault) is that the walls are super thin. We heard a couple arguing at 12am and it was hard to sleep. This doesn't effect my review of the hotel, but might be helpful information. "

"Lovely hotel with great staff and food. Only criticism is the carpark. I was charged £18 to park overnight as a guest, which i thought would have heen included in the room rate so came as a big surprise. "

"Bit of a rabbit warren and a long way to our room from reception up a number of short flights of stairs awkward for people of 82 with a small dog and suitcases"

"Good location. Helpful staff. Our room door was between the lift and the stairs. Banging till late at night from people walking up stairs. Room was very small. Thought it was funny that when I asked for more towels after 3rd day and was told okay but no free drink now."

" Arrived a little earlier than check in and didn’t expect room to be ready but did expect to be able to get a drink but bar closed….it was 2pm on a Saturday afternoon!!! Disappointing. Hotel in great location and breakfast was great."
