The day after your visit, the room was inspected by a professional company Anticimex, and they did not find any traces of bugs. So you don't need to worry, the room was perfectly clean and safe. 젤 만족스런 호텔
위치도 너무 좋고, 외부와 내부.인테리어도 모두 너무 깔끔하고, 호텔뒤 정원과 사우나... 아주 활용도가 좋은 호텔이었다. 3주를 여행했는데 그 중 가장 마음에 드는 호텔이다.

새롭고 멋진 호텔!
사실 21년에 오픈하면서 엄청난 관심을 받던 호텔입니다. 전반적으로 훌륭한데 기차 플랫폼쪽에 창문을 가진 위치의 방이 있는데 예민한 분들은 잠드는데 조금 힘들 수도 있습니다. 그래도 진동이 있거나 귀가 아픈 정도의 소음이 있는건 절대 아니며 새벽시간에는 그마저도 없긴합니다.

전반적으로 만족할만한 서비스입니다. 좋은 분위기의 레스토랑과 프런트직원(Olivia...로 봤습니다만 확실하지않음)의 응대 또한 아주 친절했습니다. 개인적인 문제를 해결하는데에 있어서 불편한 기색을 감추며 잘 해결해 주었거든요:)

This hotel is in an excellent location, as it’s situated next to the railway station. The old harbour was a short walk away and the tram stop is less than 5 minutes away. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and so clean. Staff were very friendly and offered to give us tips of what to do during our stay. The room was cosy and spacious, more than enough for our 3 night trip. Would definitely visit another Scandic hotel!

I walked a few hundred feet from train Helsinki’s Central train station and was at hotel. Extremely convenient location. Awesome breakfast.

内装もおしゃれで、食事も美味しく駅に隣接しているためとても便利です。 ですが、室内に埃が溜まっていたことが残念です。 参考ですが、連泊する際、室内清掃でタオルは交換してもらえません。 総合的には良いホテルでした。

The service at reception desk at checkout was terrble. The clerk refused to give me a receipt fór my stay because I had prepaid. So I cannot submit a travel claim with a receipt. No slippers in the room. The hotel said I had to buy one. Breakfast was mediocre. Lot of food but some items missing. No facility for eggs to order. Only greek yoghurt available. Whole place was very impersonal. The only good thing is location

中央駅に隣接していて立地がよいので、徒歩で市内観光ができます。 部屋はレトロな雰囲気で落ち着きます。 セットで付いていた朝食は、品数豊富で美味しく満足しました。 難点はエントランスに階段があり、ポーターがいないため、重いスーツケースを運ぶのが大変だったことくらいです。

1人だったので治安がよく駅近のアクセスいいエリアで探しました。 VR、バス、トラム全て徒歩5分以内なのでどこへ行くにもアクセスが良く、夜遅くなっても人通りが多いので安心でした。 ホテルの部屋も清潔で朝食も美味しかったです。

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious with comfy beds and lovely big shower rooms. Good wardrobe space and plenty of pillows. The location is brilliant, it's literally next door to the station and from this point everything is easy to find. Despite being next to the station we didn't really hear the trains, the odd rumble but nothing that would affect sleep. We also couldn't hear the bus station outside either as our room was at the front of the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and explained everything really well. Excellent breakfast selection and plenty of it. I also used the sauna which was delightful after a long day walking round the city. Also beautifully clean and well presented. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Only one thing was missing. No kettle or tea and coffee in the room.

Beautiful, unique property connected to the train station which has views into and around the train station. Very convenient location to trains coming to and from the airport, etc. and walking distance to the major sights and shopping area in Helsinki. Amazing breakfast!! So many fresh, delicious choices. Nice bar with a small dinner menu and an upscale restaurant. Very helpful people in reception who can give guidance on local sights and directions. I hope to have the chance to return to Helsinki and stay at Scandic Grand Central.

It was just like a part of the central station. We arrived at the central station and it just next to the platform, what an amazing place especially convenient for rainy day which is arrival time. It’s so warm, staff are so nice, ie the reception and the restaurant. I enjoyed the gym, it’s totally fit for me to maintain the training routine. And we really loved the breakfast, everything is very delicious, all kinds of eggs, the bacon, the breads, the chia pudding, etc. We can store our luggages for all day long, and we could stay at the hotel lobby for our late late Santa Claus Express. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone, especially for those who needs a convenient transportation.

初めて利用させていただきました。 インテリアは綺麗でしたが、清掃が行き届いてなかったのが少し残念です。 スタッフの方は皆愛想が良く親切でした。 駅も歩いてすぐですし目の前はタクシー乗り場なので交通面で困ることはありませんでした。 あとスリッパは5€で購入しないといけないので持参することをお勧めします。
