"Room had no soap. Not a small bar of soap or shower gel. No conditioner. Went to front desk and asked that housekeeping send some up while we went to dinner. Got back and still no soap. Called and cannot get a person on the phone. Called from my cell, from the room phone, called the emergency number and the phone just loops back to Press 1 to speak to someone and it goes on and on for 30 minutes. Ended up going down to the front desk in my pajamas and had to refuse to leave until I got soap for my room. Poison ivy growing right by the front sidewalk, the sidewalk was all broken up and a huge trip hazard. The landscape looks like a total disaster. This place is a train wreck!"

"Has to check for bed bugs because the room was so dirty. Especially the bathroom shower. We decided not to use it due to its dirty condition. Smelled like smoke and was supposed to be a non smoking room. Asked to be moved and was given a stern no with a side of it not being a priority for staff. "

"Smelled like mold. Charged higher than the county tourist fee per night. Very terrible experience. I would have been better off staying in my truck overnight. "

"Pros: clean, room was spacious, free 2 alcoholic cocktails at 530pm with bar snacks, free breakfast, indoor pool with hot tub, area has lots of things to do within walking distance. Beautiful atrium. Cons: Breakfast was chaotic and food was subpar. Pancakes rubbery, omelet station was nice but line was very long, I’d say it’s decent but was advertised online as “rare to find” so I set my expectations high. Honestly though, it was okay but I’ve had better free breakfast. No waffle station. Indoor pool was cool, nice water temp, hot tub actually hot…but the chlorine burned your eyes horribly the moment you walked in, with no good ventilation I was struggling staying in there. A salt water system would be much better for the indoor setting. Beds were average (little firm), I really wish they had at least queen sized beds though! Im small and husband average size and it was hard to sleep with no space on a full sized mattress. "

"The room was horrendous. The ac was moldy, the room door was bent like someone tried to break in. The shower head is moldy. The bathroom door you have to pull hard to get open. There was a reddish brown smear inside the bathroom (maybe blood?). There was no shampoo in the shower. The front desk lady was friendly, but she forgot my parking pass at check in. She called me later when I was in bed and said she put the pass on the car but it needs to be inside the car or it could be towed. The building is atrocious and I left as soon as possible in the morning. Would not stay here again. It’s not worth it."

"I travel to Orlando frequently on a budget & I have been searching for a good hotel in my price range. Although this hotel has one side running along the freeway, I was able to request a room that didn’t and it was quiet enough. The staff was friendly, accommodating & professional. The room had almost everything I needed & the staff was quick to provide what I was missing. The hotel is close to I-4, and 436, which is a street full of restaurants & businesses. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Orlando. "
