โPool area is hidden in the back next to highway. Alot of traffic noice. Need extra barrier to reduce truck & car noice. There was a group of people about 12- 15, at that pool. 4 left by going into hotel & the rest left by going out unlocked gate to parking lot. Security risk.โ
โI asked for a crib and the person at lobby went above and beyond to get one to my room as soon as possible, given that the person in charge of doing that was gone for the day. โ
โThe lady at check in was absolutely Amazing she was so polite and and offered to help in anyway possible she was above and beyond she really cared and didnโt pretend to care she was so genuine as if she really enjoyed her job โ
โUpon checking in, the room next to mine had a very loud, irate woman shouting. I went back down to the desk and asked if I could move rooms. No issues at all, she gave me a new room & even called the guest to ask them to quiet down!
Bed was very comfy. My only complaint was the old AC couldn't keep up quite as well as I'd hoped, but for the price, it was well worth the stay!โ
โEasy check in, airy rooms and elevator. The sink was not clean upon arrival; role of toilet paper was 3/4 empty and breakfast only served cereal, bagels and hot coffee. Other hotels serve fruit, yogurt, waffles, scrambled eggs and orange juice.โ
โStaff is most excellent, good rooms, and beyond good food in the restaurant. Staff in the restaurant was also most excellent. Plus best latte ever!โ
