Was very impressed with the room. Only complaint is that the TV was almost all infomercial stations. If they had TVs that customers could access their personal streaming services it wouldn’t cost the hotel for paying for cable or satellite television.

Jessica at check in was absolutely wonderful. Helpful, friendly and professional. The breakfast fare was better than I have seen at hotels chains "above" RRI. Minor issues: ice machine out of order, banisters could use a coat of paint and the doors to the rooms do not shut easily so one must pull hard causing slamming. Again all minor. Beds super comfortable bathrooms immaculate and commons areas also great. The lobby even smelled like a spa. literally 5 minutes from Hershey Park

The staff was so nice but the rooms are VERY run down. We practically had to pull the shower off the wall to turn it on. The rooms smell like the cigarette trash cans (located right outside our room) and you can hear everything outside your room. For 200 plus dollars a night, it was very disappointing. It was our first time up to Hershey, so if we go back we will look at other properties.

The room appeared not to have been deep cleaned in quite some time and was in need of a thorough cleaning. The air conditioner vent had a significant buildup of dust, which restricted airflow and prevented the unit from cooling effectively. We felt it was necessary to place a towel on the shower floor, and the shower faucet handle was broken. Overall, the room showed considerable signs of wear and tear. While there appeared to have been some attempts to update the room with laminate flooring, the floors were sticky and did not feel clean. This is a very basic, budget-friendly accommodation, so travelers should set their expectations accordingly and understand that the quality generally reflects the price point.
