Instructed on how to use the codes for entry and exit during our stay, and introduced to the housekeeper and shown coffee lounge. Loved the bottle of wine waiting for us, chocolates with our towels Any time we needed anything the response was quick and efficient. Great location for walking to all our destinations in Jerusalem. "The hotel is directly across the street from the Great Synagogue in Jerusalem. Super convenient for the holidays. They offer meals for all of the holiday days.Shabbat elevators. Kosher. Services in the hotel itself if you don’t want to go across the street. They provided the Yahrzeit candle that I let for my parents."
