“Would definitely stay here again. It was quite, the rooms were well taken care of and the process was so easy. We just arrived and went straight to the room!!”

“This is a hidden gem in Arkansas! Dan and Debbie were wonderful hosts. The room was perfect. Breakfast was fabulous. We will definitely be back!”

“The desk clerk was pleasant and friendly. Our king room was very clean, with plenty of seating, a large table, mini fridge and microwave. The area around the hotel is very clean with picnic tables and a nice swing for enjoying the outdoors. We also thought the location was perfect, close to restaurants and sight seeing adventures. Keep in mind it is an older hotel so the rooms interior and design is a bit dated. But, the mattress was great, the shower was good and that’s all we were after. ”

“Staff was helpful. Room was in great need of work. Obviously neglected for far too long. The overall appearance of the entire place was that of a run down business that has not kept up with standards and expectations of what we believe most people like. I would never recommend it to anybody. ”

“The room was fairly dirty, there wasn't a fitted sheet on one of the beds. The hot water knob didn't work and I cut my finger to the bone trying to use my knife as a screwdriver so I could take a shower. I just wanted all the supplies to clean it properly. Then the toilet was clogged, so I go to get a plunger, and because the ppl were asleep, one said I'll have to wait til morning, the other said "we don't have one right now." I was like, ok...so you want my guest to pee over my clogged...

“Thankful that I could book at the last minute for a group of 5. The check in experience was great. We arrived late (4am) and were able to get right in via an electronic door code. The beds were absolute heaven! Everyone in my group agreed. Best nights sleep I’ve had in months! I was pleasantly surprised to find enough toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc to last our entire stay. Usually rentals just give you one roll and you have to supply the rest. There were plenty of towels, blankets...

“Checked in Friday night. No sheet or blanket on the bed. Next morning got them delivered but no housekeeping Saturday. Had to get key card reprogrammed Saturday and Sunday when it quit working. It was in my pocket all by itself, not near phone or credit cards. No housekeeping Sunday either. Had to get fresh towels myself. Found power cord for clock and lamp spliced together with electrical tape and wires exposed. I expected old and worn for the price but this was unacceptable.”
