“Our room wasn’t as clean as we expected – we found opened condoms under the bed, and the only reason we looked there was because our kids had dropped toys under the bed. In the dining area, we weren’t acknowledged by staff for about 15 minutes, possibly because we were the only CP there. It wasn’t until we were about to leave that someone finally came over to serve us. On the positive side, the arcade, mini golf, and other amenities were great, and the beach was lovely. “everything was perfect. I will suggest one thing the filters to the air conditioners should be cleaned once a week. I checked this because I have breathing conditions and I clean them with soap and water”

“It could really use a third elevator bank for the back section of rooms. But otherwise, all was good, especially considering the busy season. Front desk staff was pleasant on all shifts, especially the woman who guided me to Walgreens on Sunday morning. And I know it's a big place, but coffee in the lobby would have been great. See ya in December.”

“Property is worn but nice location in boardwalk. Free parking is 1-4 blocks away. Shower had multiple jets and settings but had only scalding water. Staff was friendly and helpful. Noise is considerable from street, bars, water park and hallway. I’d skip this property for another if staying in SH again.”

“Classic Seaside motel I went to when I was a kid and now I brought my family back to it 40 years later. The place hasn’t changed a bit. Most importantly the rooms were clean. Kids loved the pool. It did have a lot of cigarette butts all around the hallways. We had to get two rooms having five kids. My wife’s room door wouldn’t open when they were inside the room so they had to climb out the window. Definitely a fire hazard. I was surprised they didn’t offer something to us for the inconvenience....

“I picked this hotel because of price and reviews. I now find it hard to believe this place received an 8 out of 10. I think something is not right with that. The place is dated, musty smell in the room, but it was good for a one night stay with the price. Not far from the boardwalk and not noisy.”

“Dirty room. Cigarette burns in the comforter. Sheets were stained. No toilet paper roll holder in bathroom. Shower was either burning hot or freezing. Door to the outside had huge gaps and wasn’t secure at all. Other residents were noisy and banged on the walls and roof all night long.”

“Rooms were beautifully decorated. Staff was the best - helpful and friendly. Hot breakfast every morning! Vikki, the owner, was very accessible and stopped by at each table to chat. Would definitely stay there again”
