"Was a very nice trip for our family of 3. The pool area was great, partial ocean view was even better than we thought. Loved having the balcony for morning sunrises. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Smooth check in and check out. The room itself was good but the bathroom could’ve used some updating- didn’t fit the vibe of the rest of the place. Plenty to do without leaving the resort- pool, beach, coffee shop, entertainment. We’d come back!"

"The air conditioning was not working. Reported it to front desk. They sent someone but still was not working properly. The elevator was very shaky and seemed as though you were gonna fall through. The mini fridge was not working and had no freezing component. The inside was warm and the panels were sweating. I was supposed to stay for 2 nights but I was so uncomfortable, I had to checkout early. "

"Beautiful property. Lovely beach. You gave to pay for the chairs/ umbrella in the beach, mini golf and jet ski at the pool area. Room was beautiful. It can be a challenge to get in early as check-in is 3 pm. They did accommodate us, thankfully. Our room was great with a view and balcony and we would definitely stay again longer. We only did it for one night before our cruise but it was a perfect afternoon on the beach and we couldn’t even use all the amenities available since we stayed so briefly. Very nice option if you have a few days."

"The elevators were broken and we were on the 4th floor with 2 children and had to go up and down several times to get luggage down"
