This was a great kid friendly place to stay for our quick weekend get away with the grandkids. Once we got our groceries, there was no need to leave again. The play ground and kiddie pool were the biggest hits after playing on the beach!

Resort was great - loved the pool and beach . Restaurants were onsite were good and liked that they had occasional entertainment. Room was nice, although main bedroom was quite small and they should have provided beach chairs (as most of the other rooms seemed to have included).

It’s a nice place—clean and conveniently located near everything. While it’s a bit outdated, it’s still fun, and the staff are very friendly. The pool and the beach are right on site. I stayed for a week with my friends and would definitely go again.

We loved staying here. It’s been a few years since the last time we visited Hilton head but we came back this year and still remembered staying at this resort, so we ended up staying here again because it was so nice and quiet. Everything was clean and it was really easy to sleep peacefully here

Great Experience!!

I recently stayed at Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The space was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. The security was attentive and aware of vehicles coming in and out. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

This is very nice. There are restaurants on the property. Easy walking distance to the beach. Not overcrowded at all for a holiday weekend. Plenty of great convenient shopping. There a decent amount of walking to get around the property. Just be aware. Not much shade. It is the beach. Very clean. Safe. Nice.

Nice resort, convenient location and beach access

Nice resort, easy and close beach access. Close to restaurants and shopping areas. We enjoyed our stay and would consider it again in future. Nice and clean large pool area with convenient snack and bar area. Only complaints were little storage area and space in our condo, and no WiFi and very slow internet.

The folks that work here couldn’t have been nicer. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the heat, so we called the office and they were here in less than 5 minutes! We truly loved it! Highly recommend! A

Bathroom had no safety bars in tub and needed better lighting. No towel service other than beginning of visit. Had to pay extra $$$ to get second delivery of towels. No towels provided at pool. No paper products provided except when we first arrived. Noise from unit above and on outside stairwell. Unit was clean and nicely furnished but sleeping accommodation were disappointing. Resort geared to families with children.

Great Vacation!! Excellent location, really nice pool area. Our room was a little dated, but very clean. Our microwave quit working but they came to look at it promptly. Even though they couldn’t fix the microwave, it was still a great stay.

Units clean and easy parking. Nice easy walkable access to the beach. Beware the difference between ocean view and ocean front. Our ocean view from the balcony certainly required a pair of binoculars to see the ocean. Easy access to dining on the property. A big red light for e-bikers. No e-bikes allowed on the property.

Was very pleased with the resort. After reading some of the reviews I was a little nervous as to what it would be like. But the Villa was perfect, it was clean and inviting. Just a short walk to the beach and the pool and beach bar though a little pricey it fit our needs. Only negative about the villa was the hallway. The air was so hot it took your breath away. Maybe consider fans to have some air flowing...

Good experience. Property was easy to check in and unit was clean. We enjoyed easy access to the beach and pool. Tennis and Pickleball courts were great. But unit didn't have basic utilities like shampoo/conditioner, salt/pepper, and coffee. In the spirit of improvement, we suggest putting initial supplies to get started. No house cleaning was provided and fresh linen/towels were available at additional costs. Overall our family had a good time. Regards

Overall the pluses include the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The pool was nice and the proximity to the beach was great. The minuses though equaled things out. We checked in to our room at about 4:40 and found that the air conditioning was not working. They knew about this issue but still put us in that room. We called about this and were offered 2 options. Wait until they get it repaired or move to another room. The second room showed signed of aging. The bed was small and uncomfortable and the bedroom was very small, to the point that you’d hit your ankles on the bedposts while trying to get around it. All the cabinets were covered in dust inside and out. The Hilton next door would have been a better choice for about the same price.

The front desk was not very friendly or helpful. I would actually say rude. Upon checking in they kept asking for the unit number that was supposedly emailed to me. They said they couldn't access our reservation because we booked through Hotels.com. After about 5 minutes of conversation and frantically going through my emails, another staff member found our reservation and said they thought we were renting a car. They had a very cavalier attitude, even upon admitting it was their fault and that were not emailed anything. I'm still confused. The host at coconuts bar wasn't very friendly either. However, all the bartenders at all three bars were fun and friendly.
