The person sho checked me in was not in good spirits when we got there because there were 60 check outs and the rooms were not ready. Not my fault. The evening attendant at the front desk, Jennifer was amazing and deserves a raise. We will be back to stay! Thanks

Nice rooms comfortable. We came during graduation it was pretty busy. The elevators kept getting stuck but rep was doing his best to reset i know it was driving him crazy. Doors are pretty loud when closing especially at night. Breakfast was good loved the waffles. The breakfast host did an amazing job it was super busy and just herself and she still went around to each table and asked if everyone was ok.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and got is checked inti a room on the first floor as we are travelling with an adult with mobility issues. We checked out the pool and it appears clean. Only complaint is no towels in the pool area.

The guy working at the front desk made my check-in experience amazing. I arrived to the property late and he had everything ready for me. Took all of 5 minutes to receive my keys. Thank you!!

This hotel is the worse hotel I stay in, The carpet is dirty smells bad you can't even walk in it . The room and hallways smell of marijuana the elevator didn't work we had it to use the stairs that smelled like urine. I do not recommend this hotel.

OUR ROOM WAS VERY COLD. TRIED TO GET THE HEATER TO WORK BUT ONLY GOT COLD AIR. MAINT. PERSON CAME, LOOKED AT IT, THEN LEFT SAYING HE WOULD BE BACK. NEVER CAME BACK. ABOUT TEN AT NIGHT, FRONT DESK CALLS SAYING THEY CAN'T FIX HEATER, AND WOULD MOVE US IF WE LIKE. BY THEN EVERYONE WAS IN BED, TRYING TO STAY WARM. FOR SLEEPING EVERYONE SEEMED TO BE OK, AND RATHER THAN GET DRESSED AND MOVE WE DECIDED TO STAY. NEXT DAY OPENED CURTAINS & LET SUN WARM RUN. OTHER COMPLAINT IS THAT THE INDOOR POOL WAS VERY COLD. IF IT WAS HEATED AT ALL IT WASN'T MUCH.

Very nice staff, the room was very clean. One of the lights would flicker when first turning on but that’s my only complaint.

Property was further off of 95 than I anticipated. Local restaurant options weren’t great. The hotel itself was clean and our room was ready for us and clean when we arrived.

Check out is 11am but they will start knocking at 9am questioning when your leaving- happened on numerous occassions. Everything else is fine.

Let me start by saying the staff and location were excellent. We were visiting the area because a family member was getting surgery on Ft Stewart and the on post hotel was fully booked. This hotel had the best reviews for the price range we were looking for. The hotel itself is not bad. The 2nd floor had a bit of a musty smell, and the room we were given looked like it had been pried open with a crowbar and then they attempted to repair it. The room itself was okay. Bathroom was clean. Bed looked clean. No signs of bedbugs or other critters. It was a king room with a pull out sofa. The mattress on the sofa bed was disgusting. It had stains and all kinds of discoloration all over it. That was my biggest gripe with the room and our overall stay. Breakfast was nothing fancy but it was hot and it was free! Can’t complain much when they’re saving our family of 6 from stopping at the drive thru and spending more than the cost of a night in the hotel on one meal. Overall it wasn’t awful. I’d opt to stay there again if I absolutely had to. The location was super convenient with plenty of food options. We didn’t feel unsafe at any point which is rare right outside the gate of a military base. You couldn’t pay me to stay at a hotel right outside the gate at Fort Benning! IYKYK.

Good stay shocking issues
We were in town for the funeral of a dear relative so our family, her sorority and fraternity family booked most the hotels in the area. I was impressed with the interior lobby, breakfast and dining areas of LaQuinta. Our room was clean and well ventilated. Staff was friendly and professional. However, my niece’s lodged a complaint with front desk due to blood on the sheets of both beds. Clean sheets were delivered but there was no availability for move rooms due to mass bookings. Next, my uncle was given room keys to a room already occupied by a stranger who was in bed sleeping upon his entry. As I exited my room, which happened to be directly across from the room, I saw my uncle coming out and asked who was in the room snoring? He replied:”I don’t know some man is in the room sleeping.” We grabbed his luggage and raced back to front desk. Upon the day of my check out I was getting dressed pulling up my underwear under my dress when someone inserted a key and opened the door. I yelled “I’m getting dressed, I haven’t checked out yet!” The young housekeeping supervisor had a clipboard, still proceeded to stick her head in the door, apologized and asked what time I was checking out 11am or late 12noon? I said “I already told housekeeping 11am when they knocked earlier!” I gave this a 5star initially cause I didn’t want to write negative info as our family had a good stay at LaQuinta and I would stay again, but as I write this I should change it.

Great experience but too far off the I-95 corridor. Drove 20 miles away from the Interstate to reach the hotel. My Chiweenie was welcome for $25.
