"Great Resort Great Staff all around great for families would recommend the Diamond Club it does up the experience helps for an easy check in process and with the help of a butler for anything you would need along the way from setting up dinner reservations at the main restaurants to room service really anything is just message away. You do have your own area with pool beach access swim up bar and sit down area for lunch with the diamond club status. There’s 2 other main pools and hot tubs and a couple of kids pools that aren’t deep along with the lazy river that has a swim up bar plenty of chairs everywhere with umbrellas or over head shaded areas plenty of towels also. The resort is fairly spread out so alittle walking is necessary to get to a couple of the main restaurants and the main buffet Thats at the front of the resort but if you happen to have a room in a building towards the back they do have one restaurant in the middle and one at the back along with the ocean view restaurant. But during the day they have a food truck set up by the main pools and a sit down area with a small buffet right beside the lazy river. A Coffee shop/ ice cream is at the front of the resort so after dinner you can grab a dessert and coffee before the shows start different every night with nice sit down chairs all around. If you have kids and teens they have areas for them with plenty of activities during the day with plenty of activities for everyone thru out the rest of the resort. "

"We had an amazing time at the Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana. It’s a great place to go on vacation with your kids. There are tons of fun activities to keep them entertained while we relax and enjoy as well. We really enjoyed the shows during the night time, as well as the walking and all the activities throughout the resort. A special thank you to Laura for all her help during our visit, she truly made our experience memorable. Everyone we met from the restaurant staff, pool attendants, cleaning crew, transport team, and security was very friendly and made our stay even more pleasant. This resort is definitely worth visiting again. Highly recommended."

"We stayed in Premium Sea View Suite and room was fabulous! Very clean and comfortable and super spacious. Housekeeping was on point and minibar got stocked daily. Premium has included room service and we utilized that twice. Food is not amazing, but options are plenty and we were not going hungry. Staff is exceptional, always polite and helpful! Buffets on adult side definitely had better food and all the restaurants we chose had at least one item from our meal we truly enjoyed. We have up on Kiyoto because heat was overwhelming. Most of places are on the warmer side as far as temperature goes. Theater is open to outside, has large fans. Shows were left to be desired but views and grounds definitely makes up for that! Overall we loved the experience and would return! "
