Please allow me to explain.As a common hotel policy in Vietnam, any checkout time after noon (12pm) will be charged with a late checkout fee, and we have clearly printed out and listed such policy at the reception and in-room. That is why we do not have to remind (and possible disturb) our guests around noon regarding the checkout time.Thank you again for sharing with us your experience, so we can improve and serve better.
