Great Staff and extremely helpful, particularly with front desk ladies. Both Ms Kha Ly and Ms Phuong were very helpful and professional and giving us directions and making our stay at the Liberty Hotel more enjoyable. Staffs here are wonderful, Phương and Hải were quick and attentive to us during our check-in. Our rooms were upgrade free of charge- That was very nice- The hotel was very accommodating regarding keeping our luggage’s for us over the next few days while we had checked-out and came back several days later- The best part was, since we had to leave early (2am) to the airport, the staffs had our breakfast boxed up including our coffees for us to take away- This was considerate of them- Thank you Liberty Hotel- Your exceptional service is the main reason I come back and stay with you whenever I visit Viet Nam! I highly recommend this hotel for your stays!!!
