Your feedback is incorrect about the property. None of our rooms have cockroaches, besides we always have staff at the front desk 24 hours so there's no way you can't contact us. We always try to help customers when there are problems or dissatisfaction with the service. We always have authentic pictures of each room before staying, so clutter is not accurate.
