This is such a great property from a Japanese hotel chain. Everything was so quiet and neat and clean that we couldn’t find a single thing wrong with the property. It’s also brand new unlike most hotels in Ho Chi Minh. Tyler at the reception was extremely helpful and kind. Great breakfast as well. Will definitely recommend. Would like to stay here again next time I’m in the city.

This brand new hotel has all the comfort you can expect from a Japanese brand : quiet, comfortable, perfectly clean and very kind Vietnamese staff. Many thanks to all of them for the service. In regards of these elements and the central location, price is totally fair.

Great central HCM city hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent central position with easy access to HCM city by foot or taxi/grab. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Nice little pool on the roof, great place to relax. If we ever return would definitely book here again. It was the thoughtful details the we really appreciated. Additional bits and bobs in the foyer when needed.

There are only positive things to state about this property. Was here for two weeks. The staff is wonderful and very helpful with any items. The location is well within walking distance to key tourist visits. There are many great japanese restaurants in the area. Room is functional but small. Room is quiet and we had a nice view of the Indigo hotel. Checked out the pool and it was decent size but dont expect olympic level size. Overall we like the hotel and recommend that to everyone.
