โI thought the beach theme was a bit strange for the area but, it works! It was clean and staff was great! My only issue was the water quality. It tasted like pool water. Since people are likely going on hikes or some long all day activities, its a good idea to have a water cooler for the guests. Until then, byo water. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommend this hotel.โ
โThe OU in is my favorite hotel!!! Their updates are so nice the rooms are always clean the staff is always helpful and friendly! The outdoor spaces are gorgeous and so fun to relax in! Theyโve even thought of all the little touches like a water bottle filler in the lobby! Weโll be back again next year! โ
โI can over look most of the issues buildings will inevitably have but paper thin walls in a hotel are rough... also if anyone checks in with kids they should get the lower level, not sure if it was a circus act in the room above us or if they were rearranging furniture for 30 straight minutes but i wanted a karen to knock on their door the whole time.
Facility wise, i liked the size of the room (put a couch in the king bed rooms... no where to sit), the bed was so comfy and the pool/hot tub...
โThe staff at the hotel were great the essential appliances refrigerator, ac/heater, microwave and shower were on point but the wear and tear on the interior needs to be addressed.โ
