“Stains on the furniture and headboard of the bed. Stairs to get up to room were so narrow and dark - my husband rolled his ankle trying to get up. Room was very dirty - and not well maintained. Would not recommend. Staff were not helpful nor present. ”

“Nous avons apprécié le design de l’hôtel ainsi que son emplacement (à distance de marche de la station de train et à distance de marche du centre, quartier tranquille). Par contre, la propreté n’était pas parfaite, nous y avons retrouvé quelques amas de poussière. Il n’y avait pas de débarbouillette pour le visage et le shampoing et le savon dans la douche semblaient avoir été laissés par des clients précédents (produits de pharmacie bas de gamme)? Aussi nous voyagions avec nos jeunes enfants...

“친절한 주인의 따뜻한 맞이함을 시작으로 브뤼헤 여행이 시작되었다. 도심에서 도보로 10분 정도 떨어져 있었지만 불편한 것은 전혀 없었다. 숙박 시설은 깔끔했고 욕실 또한 넓고 깨끗하였다. 다음날 평범하지만 감동이 있는 조식으로 짧은 브뤼헤 여행을 기분좋게 마무리할 수 있었다. 이곳은 고객만을 생각하는 멋진 호텔인 것을 느낄 수 있었다. 다시 한번 브뤼헤를 여행할 기회가 생긴다면 꼭 다시 머물고 싶다. ”

“Nice apartment good location to old town centre. Walking distance to most attractions. Elderly with suit cases would find the stairs difficult.”

“I haven't seen such good, kind welcoming. Owner is so frienly and nice to new coming people. Even serve for the breakfast kindly. If I can give more rate, I want to give 10 star.”

“This place is an absolute jewel! We stayed here for 4 nights and it was our base to travel around. We had 2 larger rooms that were connected and it was well worth it! Luxurious rooms, impeccably clean and beautifully appointed! The location is central to everything and Sofi our hostess was crème de la crème! She is kind, welcoming, warm, caring and makes the best breakfasts! We LOVED this place and you will not be disappointed! 😎👏👏👏”

“Lovely hotel in a great location with very helpful staff. Nice room, but awkwardly small bathroom, and could have done with a coffee machine. Enjoyed the stay very much.”

“Toilet is not in the bedroom. It is in the hallway in a public area and you need a code to access, so in the night when you need to go you risk running into other people while your not properly dressed. Also toilet area is very cramped and the auto light keeps going off when your in there and to reignite the light you have to open the door and expose yourself to the public. Never stay again. The price was way to much for what you got.”

“Disappointed. The photos looked nice but the room doesn’t feel entirely clean (floor, towels, table). A lot of noise from the floor creaky sounds. There is no personal communication from the property management when I asked specific questions, which made my pre-trip planning anxious. ”
