Hotel arranged a driver from airport, he was easy to find and made the transfer seamless and less expensive than Grab. Our room was a suite overlooking the river that was very spacious with a balcony to enjoy views while having a cold beer. Staff was exceptional, very attentive, and customer focused. We booked a couple's massage in the hotel, one of the best deep tissue messages we've had in Asia. The staff made us feel special every day we were there making our trip to Hoi an spectacular. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is located perfectly along the river and close to all the action in the ancient town and night market. The hotel staff was incredibly hospitable. Check in was smooth and easy. We stayed for two nights at the Laluna Hỏi A River Side Hotel. The location is perfect near the town center and makes it easy for walking around the night market and old town. The staff are great — very helpful and willing to offer service. The breakfast had a great selection of Vietnamese specialties and was very enjoyable. I would not hesitate to return to this property when visiting Hoi An!

Perfect location, far enough from the hustle and bustle of the old town but only 5 minutes walk along the river. Staff were wonderful, friendly, obliging and willing to help whenever needed. I would definitely return to this hotel.
