We booked the junior suite and it was beautiful! The staff were always very helpful and attentive whether if it was at the pool, restaurant or room. The room had so much room and was very clean. The only downside was that the ceiling had a bit of mold.

The resort is in Cua Dai which is about 15-20 min from Hoi An ancient town. On the weekend it may be tough to get a Grab/taxi during dinner time. The resort is very nice however the rooms are not well insulated as you can hear people in the next room especially if they have kids. Restaurants are below par, services are slow as they are very busy during breakfast. Food are average hence you will be prone to venture out for foods.

The room, staff, pool and spa were great, the only issue was the carpet on the 2nd floor walking to our room was really bad, smelly, dirty. Also the shuttle was always booked, could have been solved by running more runs to old town. Other then those two issues it was a great stay and we would definitely go back.

Great place and staff were extremely helpful and easy to deal with. We had bad weather but still had a great time due to the great staff and fantastic buffet. Special mention to Duyen Nhi and Helen for making us feel like our family was never in need and providing us with great service. Also the head chef at the buffet giving us options and requests was a real treat.

A great resort about 15 minutes from Hoi A with a complimentary shuttle service into town. Really attentive staff that help with all your requirements. Top tip there is a small store and a great restaurant right opposite the hotel.

Front staff were very accommodating when we needed help. The breakfast is fantastic. A spa was undergoing repairs, so I can't rate that right now. All in all and wonderful time, even though it was raining several days. The staff is across the board eager to make your stay pleasant. Such wonderful people. Special call out to Cherry and Ann at the front desk and Ms Ily, Mr Hoa, and Ms Than Thao who helped us with dinner.

Fantastic hotel! By far our favourite breakfast so far. So many options to choose from and very accommodating to other dietary restrictions. We had the pleasure of helping the crew clean the beach one afternoon (a typhoon had just passed), and it was definitely a highlight. They allowed us to use the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi free of charge which was very nice, highly recommended. Although the hotel might feel a bit distant from old town, the staff recommended a motor bike rental company and we were able to rent motorbikes for extremely reasonable prices. Overall highly recommended!

The receptionist, the restaurant staff, including the executive chef of course), the doorman, everyone is so nice. I would like to express our deepest gratitude to a restaurant staff, a pleasant girl wearing a white shirt ( unfortunately I didn’t ask her name) who bring me a Vietnamese coffee every morning:) The house keeping was so good such that we enjoyed every night here. The room service did never let us down. Delicious and not too expensive ( of course we could have cheaper foods through Grab, but not good quality every time)! We will definitely reconsider this resort again and not hesitate to recommend to all others:)
