Breakfast was enjoyable, and our waitress provided excellent service. She was attentive, courteous, and ensured that our group was well taken care of throughout our meal.
However, we felt that the price of the breakfast was somewhat high considering the variety and selection offered. In addition, our interaction with the staff member who greeted and seated us was disappointing. While we understand that policies and procedures must be followed, we felt rushed when it came time to settle our bill. This was particularly frustrating since most of our group had already prepaid for breakfast as part of our room reservations and had coupons to present.
Overall, the kindness and professionalism of our waitress positively impacted our experience, but improvements in the initial guest interaction and billing communication would help create a more welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for future guests."
