"This is a great place to stay close to University of Cincinnati I stayed here for my daughter's graduation. The staff was great the room was great and breakfast was good as well. Not very fancy but it was good and clean and everything was fine. Thing that I would like to let folks know about is parking at this facility is very challenging the parking lot is extremely small be aware of that. But after 4 years of my daughter being at University of Cincinnati I wish I would have known about this place earlier. Nothing but good things to say"

"Room floor was dirty, towels had long curly hair and lint on them, and when we requested clean towels, we had to go downstairs to pick up ourselves, and the same hair was on them the second time too!The first thing that we saw when we walked into bathroom was a long curly brown hair hanging on the hand towels! WiFi was spotty-we lost the volume on the tv the first night we arrived! The beds mattress was hard as a rock, woke up with a backache! Breakfast was blah-tasted like hospital food! Pool was old and needed repairs. The only positive was that the staff was friendly and helpful. Sorry but will not return here!"

"We got there an hour after check-in in our room was still not available and we had to wait 30-40 minutes. There were several other guests doing the same soI think they were just understaffed. Other than that, the stay was just fine and there were no issues."
