"The staff was amazing. They were so friendly and courteous. The room was good and confortable. They need to update their bathtub as it starting to rust. Otherwise every was great. I would stay there again on my next visit to Chicago."

"Everything was fantastic! Everyone was friendly, and the place was spotless. There were plenty of things within walking distance, and the city was just a 25-minute Uber ride away. We did encounter an issue with the restroom, but after maintenance arrived, there was still some leaking, but it was manageable. if in the area again will definitely be booking at the Double Tree again."

"Room smelled horrible like marijuanna; like someone was smoking all day in there. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Also, there were stains on the sheets and pillows. Mold in the bathroom. I checked out immediately and got my deposit back. I would never recommend this place to anyone."
