“Perfect weekend stay! The hotel was clean, staff was so helpful, and the rooms were so nice! Perfect location (except for the DJ playing late at Ale House across the street, but that’s no fault of the hotel. They even provide ear plugs and sound machine!) 10/10 stay, would absolutely recommend and def stay here again!”

“Wonderful staff and breakfast!”

“Love the seamless, contactless check in. Rooms are always clean and the location is the best!”

“Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean if you don't mind sticky floors. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. No scrambled eggs, no bacon, no pancakes, nothing but stale pastries and 2 choices of cereal. No fruit other than oranges. Our room was facing King St and I didn't get any sleep at all because of the traffic noise that went on til 3am! Not just road noise, but loud mufflers and motorcycles, constantly! The colors and patterns on the walls and shades were horrible and reminiscent of the...

“Clean rooms and great breakfast”

“3/5 Stars – Great staff and clean hotel, but poor room electronics and sleep environment Overall, the hotel itself is in great condition, very clean, and the staff was genuinely fantastic. However, my specific room had several frustrating issues that made the stay underwhelming. The bed was fairly average/mid-tier in terms of comfort, but the biggest issue was the room electronics. The TV's internet connection didn’t work, so I couldn't stream what I wanted. The TV also runs proprietary...

“Sleep in is amazing very nice and quiet place. Very clean and good breakfast! Rooms are very nice and clean. Right next to downtown Boone!”

“Decent breakfast”

“The breakfast team was wonderful. Attention to detail and responsive. I gave a medium rating to staff because we were not told that we had to request room make up when we arrived. 3 days and no service, on the 2nd evening we complained and were told the hotel was full so they were too busy to around to us.”

“Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 6:15 pm. I was told no other rooms were available. 30 minutes after we arrived, we were provided with a room. There was no thermostat in the room, just a window unit that has manual on/off with a dial for cooling and heating. You can't set a temperature. The breakfast was very well stocked and clean.”

“The rooms was nice and the staff was nice and helpful”

“The room had a very strong, unpleasant smell. Both the carpet and the air coming from the AC had a noticeable odor, which made the room uncomfortable. On top of that, the toilet was extremely loud when flushed, sounding like a tractor. Overall, the room was not a pleasant place to stay, and the hotel needs to improve its cleanliness and maintenance.”

“$376 for frozen jimmy dean mini biscuits. bruised fruit. rooms are like a thift store.”

“I stayed in one of the log cabin hotel rooms. The room was spacious, and the fireplace was cute with plenty of firewood available. However, there were multiple stink bugs that had invaded the room. Also, the glass patio door had smudges, dog nose, prints, or sticky toddler hand prints all over it. The tile in the bathroom floor is cracked. The stairs up to the second floor are slanted and a little treacherous.”

“The staff were extremely helpful. The Inn was very close to a number of restaurants. The breakfast at the Inn was excellent.”

“All in all, it was a brilliant experience”
