"Room is clean but a little run-down. Room had microwave and fridge. No in room coffee and ice bucket didn’t have a liner. We needed more pillows as they were under filled, and staff was very helpful in getting those and explaining amenities and check out policy."

"This is a pretty basic place to stay. Room was clean, but not everything was in great shape-- for instance, the bathroom door didn't close all the way and the door itself looked like it had been through some things. Staff was helpful and polite. The breakfast provided was bare minimum. For a few dollars more, there are multiple other properties in the area I'd try instead."

"Chose this hotel for easy off/on the thruway and a concert at darien lake. Was able to check in quickly. Staff was super nice at check in and out. I think they have some of the best coffee, (french roast) thank you! Did not eat but waffles smelled amazing and eggs and sausage looked good. Bed comfortable enough and pillows food too. Would stay again."
