“Everything was smooth checking in”

“안락함. 가성비”

“Wide room space.”

“Upon arrival the desk clerk was engaged with her phone and didn't notice me standing there for several minutes. The lobby smelled of curry. The room was at the end of the long hallway which created difficulty with my mobility issues. Room cleanliness was okay but I travel with cleaning supplies so that wasn't major. What was major was the noisy bed it creaked loudly with every move, and the evidence of a leak in the ceiling above the bed was also very concerning and when mentioned to the front...

“Complimentary breakfast was as expected. Meaning not very good. Please improve offerings and taste. Coffee tasted very watered down and not strong enough.”

“The pool was freezing cold I didn’t expect it to be heated since there’s a Jacuzzi, but it was so cold. It was hard for me to even go in with my toddler. Also, I feel like the breakfast that’s provided was not accommodating to families. It was pretty much bagels and muffins no waffle machine.”

“Excellent Hotel !!!! Highly recommended!!!!”
