“This property was so over priced, the room floor was dirty needed to be swept and mopped, the bed only had a sheet and a thin bed spread no blanket, we went out and bought a blanket to use. The bed was actually really comfortable the best feature in the room, they are doing renovations but they are not the best craftsmanship. Have stayed in places that I did not pay a lot for that were outdated but was very clean, this was expensive and not clean, towels smelled clean but had stains on them. I...

“We were greeted by a very friendly staff at all times during our stay. The room was super clean, and the lobby and the floor we stayed at was constantly being cleaned. From our room, you can see the bayfront and beautiful sunset. In the lobby, the hotel provided regular and decaffeinated coffee as well as hot water for tea or hot chocolate. The breakfast was super: different kind of cereals, juices, eggs (boiled and scrambled), sausages, oatmeal, make your own waffle, and all types of fruit. You...

“The room was tiny. The water pressure was low. The toilet holder was ripped out the wall . I reported this the first day(we stayed 4 nights) and when we left it was still dangling from the wall. The front desk staff didn’t want to be bothered and the valet staff didn’t speak English. I expected a lot more from a Kimpton.”

“Everything was great. Elevators a little slow because I think out of two, only one was working. Otherwise- all good. Mattress was perfect & that’s what is important to me. Great night sleep. Breakfast in AM also great. Pancakes, oatmeal, eggs, meat patty, potatoes, cereal, bread, bagels, hard boiled eggs, muffins, cookie type triangle baked goods , probably some stuff I left out too. Hampton Inns are great.”
