“Would definitely recommend, we got there really late, but the lady at the counter was very friendly and accommodating, room was spotless, area quiet and very safe, wasn’t scared to walk out to my car alone, it was well kept well lit and peaceful! Bed was comfortable and had a little fridge and microwave, ironing station, coffee pot and hair dryer, water was good and hot! “The hotel was clean and the staff was excellent—very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was good, although it is not a buffet; it is more of a continental-style breakfast. The room was generally clean, including the carpet, but some of the furniture looks a bit old and could use updating. Overall, the hotel itself feels like it needs some renovation or modernization. Despite that, it was a comfortable stay with good service and cleanliness.”

“I have never thought of this Hotel before yet we go to Hot Springs every other month. Beautiful view of Lake Hamilton and watched the sunset from the balcony that evening. Super clean room, quiet and plenty of parking for the guests. Again I can’t talk about how clean the bathroom and the main room was. My wife and I will definitely be staying at this place again.”

“We stayed in a 2 doubles room for one night. Two adults, two young kids. I thought I had booked a 2 queens room, so there was some disappointment here. The room was a bit outdated, the carpet had many dark stains which made it like quite gross. Beds were clean. I thought mine was comfy. My husband thought it was bympy and his feet were sticking out because the beds were not long enough. We did not have enough towels for 4 and the hair conditioner was out after 3 pumps.
