We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was near everything. The staff was so kind and so helpful. The only problem I had is that you couldn’t sit at the ground patio unless you were eating in the restaurant so they stated you could use the second floor patio. Which would have been great but there was no lighting at all at night. If you recommend guest to use the second floor to be able to sit then you should make sure that is has lights and able to be used.

Hotel Hot Springs was affordable and a great location for Central Ave in Hot Springs. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The room was acceptable but lots of touch ups were needed and a little run down. Very busy hotel on the weekend, I was woken up several times throughout the night with yelling and shouting in the hallway. I also had a random person knock on my door at 4am and heard then continue to knock on doors down the hallway. The breakfast buffet was free, and again acceptable, but nothing spectacular. I would stay again if needed, but it wouldn't be my first choice if I visit again.

Our shower had hair and a bar of soap from the last person before us so i know the shower wasn’t cleaned. Elevators were broken on several occasions. The breakfast buffet is minimal and no good honestly. It is in great proximity and easily walkable to bathhouse row. We never used the shuttle, once they were on break and gone for 30 min and another there were too many people waiting. Therefore, a lot of stops to get where we wanted to go. We did uber and had no problems with getting fast rides
