So on first arrival this is not at all how the property was pictured. The entire property was trashed. On first check-in we went into our room and smelled like marijuana. We received a new room which was a nice gesture but only to be found in a room that was just a little better than the last. The cleanliness of the room was inadequate and the toilet was constantly leaking upon every flush. Easy check out. Never returning again.

This was not what I was expecting. It was a terrible facility that must have been a converted apartment complex with patch wholes, stainless kitchen sink in the bathroom, bathroom lights didn’t work, bed was hard. Guess I was expecting just a little more. Breakfast was good and David was nice.

The property is a Motel, not a Hotel. Any quality inn I've ever stayed at was an actual motel. Girl at the front dest appeared to be sleeping behind a door. Had to ring a bell and then she seemed annoyed by it. Wesite said if offered hot breakfast. Again, when i asked about that she said it was juice and prepackaged muffins. Tub was dirty and cracked. When i walked in the room the "peep" hole had a waded up tissue stuffed in it and the door wouldnt lock completely. Whoever took the pictures did a fine job at making it look much nicer than it really was. Also, the beds are harder than a rock. I would never stay here ever again. Hope this helps others looking to not waste money!

We reserved a smoking room with two queen beds for two adults and two teens for two nights. There were some issues but the staff resolved most of these very quickly. There was no ashtray, there was only one mini bottle of shampoo and conditioner for all of us to share, and only 3 towels. We usually bring our own toiletries from home and forgot this time. Staff was quick to assist us! There was not a glass tray in the microwave. We tried to heat coffee without the tray but it made a sizzling sound so we shut it off quickly. This did not get resolved before we left. The ice machine was broken when we arrived, we were directed to get ice at the motel next door. This kind of thing happens sometimes, not a big deal to us. Fresh hot coffee was available in the lobby at all times. Really good coffee too, I might add. The free continental breakfast had more options than I expected for such a low room price. The room had hotter water than most motels, which was great, no semi-warm showers. The staff was always friendly and professional and helpful.

The pictures of this hotel is a lie. It is not just misleading. It is a lie. There is not one thing other than the new wood floors in the rooms that are the same as the pictures, do not work here it is horrendous. I will have a hard time trusting in Expedia after this experience.
