I really wanted to like this place after searching for months for my vacation. Horrible experience. Bottomed out the car coming in the lot late at night. Called beforehand said we were arriving late. Nobody at the desk or front area. Once inside rude and wouldn’t show me the way to the bathroom after hours on the road. Once we finally got in the room it was hot as all heck because the AC was broken. They gave me a box fan and said make it work. While we were waiting on maintenance the fire alarm went off so the 6 people who were up went to the lobby and waited for the all clear. If it was a real emergency a lot of people would have been hurt, fully capacitated hotel and 6 people heard the alarm? Our room was by the stairwell so that was a little more comforting. The next day I couldn’t take the heat. They moved us to a room with AC but smelled atrocious like burnt beef (probably the room that caused the fire alarm to go off). It smelled so bad I put on a hot bath for aromatherapy purposes only and put oils to make the room smell better. Nothing worked. Even my dog gave me a look of lets go home. I’m never staying at another Staybridge.

This is not the way we want to be remembered as our standards for providing the most excellent stay are very high. We are sorry that your first room was too hot and the room you were moved to had a terrible odor. We have shared your comments with the proper departments in order to foster major improvements. We hope you will reconsider your decision not to stay with us next time you are in Hot Springs so we might have an opportunity to offer a more pleasant experience.

Our alarms are up to standards with the fire marshal code and when they went off, it was due to someone burning food they were cooking in their room. We do apologize for the inconvenience, however they are in place for all guests and staff safety. We wish you safe travels.

Both room phones were unplugged, and the cords were hidden in a pile of other cords. Once we got that fixed, the office person said he did a work order for a light bulb that was out, but we never got that fixed during our 4 day stay. Not a major problem though. Otherwise, it was fairly quiet. Bed was comfortable, but pillows need support. Loved the indoor pool, and breakfast was great!

Gorgeous views of the water, super friendly staff and loved the full fridge! Breakfast was however disappointing, there weren’t as many options as we hoped and we had to ask to restock items multiple times so we could have some as well.

The check in staff member was very helpful and kind. We had a large group and the hotel was very accommodating and amazing. The courtyard was a nice bonus place to sit and relax.

First time to stay in these hotels. Won't be my last. Roomy, clean, comfortable. Staff was SO FRIENDLY and nice. Breakfasts was the best free one I've ever seen in hotels. Lake view.

I have slept in a foxhole that had more comfort. Also, we had our pomerian that was 18 lbs and the charge was $75, surprise. Never ever again.

The staff was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. There are dings and scrapes on the paint and trim in the halls from guests luggage. But the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Definitely was a great stay and my husband really loved the breakfast and the staff

Needs renovation inside
Staybridge location perfect, the scenery perfect ; building inside needs new carpet at entrance, and new carpets in suites My room was not fresh asked for air purifier which they did place in room for couple hours it did help, meal area I saw a few flies so was only able to get breakfast that was covered , no fruits bc they were not covered . The one dryer that worked did malfunction the day I tried to use it , in the exercise room day I tried to use it all treadmills needed service . I would have used the pool but pool needed service not any amount of chlorine could hide that it needed service. We had a pool so you know what a chlorine pool water should look like.
