“Room, kitchen, bathroom, family room was clean. Only issue was the sink and shower faucet was very stiff and hard to adjust. Quiet and the balcony was wonderful. Convenient location.”

“BEWARE! If you are booking through a third party, the fees are NOT the same as what is advertised. And management does not address any issues. Was charged the most that I’ve ever been charged for a pet cleaning fee, and the room had dog hair on the headboard when we checked in. It’s completely outdated, old TVs, no device charging setups. It looks as if the last time they put money into upgrades was over 10 years ago. It is not a good value. KEEP DRIVING!!! There are way better accommodations...

“방이 상당히 깨끗하고 넓고 좋음. 미국의 숙소에서 좋은 기억이 별로 없었는데, 아주 맘에 들었음. 아침 식사도 종류가 크게 변하진 않지만 충분히 즐길만한 음식. 가득히 눈내릴 때 오두막에서 벽난로 키고 있는게 참 기분 좋음. 주변과 떨어져 있어서 이동이 어려움. 타호씨티와 주변 스키장까지 무료 셔틀이 제공된다고 하는데, 프론트에 부탁해서 제공받아야 하고 그것도 안되는 경우가 종종 있음. 택시를 불러주지만 비쌈. ”

“Horrible experience, booking was a package deal and it was supposed to be 6/22 check out as that is what my flight and rental car were dated, Nor Cal to So Cal for work, Anyway, on Sat 3/22 I was resting as I was super tired from a work function. 3X the housekeepers kept knocking and told them I was not checking out until sunday. “The location was great the lake was across the street the hotel was ok but I felt it was geared towards skiing and not enough variety for restaurants mainly hamburgers and pizza. The restaurant Rosie’s is so awesome food was delicious and a big variety to choose from Shopping was great a lot of shops in walking distance”

“The room next door had a bath tub spa which was up against my rooms bed headboard When the spa tub was turned the noise and vibration was like a jet liner sitting on top of my room. This crazy load noise and vibration went on for and hour, before the folks next door turned it off. Then I was able to get to sleep. Terrible noise problem with spa tub.”

“The location is perfect in Tahoe City, right across the street from The Commons. It was close to great food, drinks and bakery’s. I stayed in room 8, which was on the top floor. The room was spotless, the bedding very comfortable and of high quality. I slept really well and it was very quiet. I appreciated the shampoo, body lotion and conditioner. The thing I DIDNT LIKE was the check in process. I sent them 3 texts asking them how I check in with no response. I later found 4 emails from them...
