4 stars overall because of the cleanliness. Definitely saw a roach but it was in the restroom so no problems. I wish they had a fridge and a microwave in the rooms.

The roof was open in the bathroom,it needed to be close. I called the front desk and they didn’t do nothing. Plus every time I try to cut the heat on , was cold air coming out.

HORRIBLE!!!!!
The place was very gross! The floors werent cleaned very well coupd see dirt around edges of room the room had an odor wasnt pleasant i went to use the one and only towel in room and it hadnt even been washed had greyish markings on it lile it had been used for floor dried and just folded back up with someones hair on it! Not to mention the loudness coming from the room up above and next door all night! I will never stay there again! I travel alot and never not once seen a hotel bad as this!

Five minutes after I swiped my debit card to pay for the room I got a fraud charge on my card so be careful swiping your card

The stay last night was ok but it could have been better. The fire alarm unit was beeping. It beeped all night. The clerk is really slow at the front desk and needs some help.

Staying here because it's close to FedEx steel
It it is ran down it had bugs furniture broke was not a good experience as of the condition wise the service was great the only reason we stay there was because it was close to FedEx Field but it wasn't worth it I would have stayed somewhere farther out than to stay in this nasty place

Housekeeping never came to our room for 3 days, we had to go to the front desk for clean towels. When we asked for a large garbage bag they said they didn’t have any, really???? I’ve stayed at other Motel 6’s and this one was disappointing.

The first room I was put in the sink was leaking and got my clothes wet they fixed it the very next day the ceiling started leaking so I had my room switch the second room they put me in the air conditioning was not working I asked the front desk the manager and the maintenance man three days back to back to back about the air conditioning that never got fixed I was in that room three days no air the last room they put me in smelled like mildew the bathroom floor was messed up anybody could of fell threw it and they had roaches in every room I was in

There wasn’t any hot water in in 203 and when I asked for a refund, I was told no that could be done. She would put me in another room when she looked at the other room she discovered that the whole second-floor didn’t have any hot water and that’s when she gave me a refund that I didn’t receive 3 days later. I booked through hotels.com.
