UC Riverside 방문하시는 분은 가장 가깝습니다. 주변 Univ. Village가 있어 먹을 곳이 비교적 많습니다. 호텔 시설은 낡고 그렇습니다.

As soon as I walked into the non smoking room it smelled like smoke. Then I went into the bathroom and when I turned on the light a couple of roaches scattered. I immediately called the front office and was moved into another room but it was only slightly better.

I arrived at 3:30, a half hour after check in time, and they gave me my room key. When I got to the room, it had not been cleaned yet, so I had to wait an extra hour to get it cleaned. After it was cleaned, I found cockroaches and ants in the bathroom. Then I discovered that there was a bathtub, but no plug or way to keep the water in it. The ice machine also did not work, and the phone didn’t work either. The front desk was not helpful or even friendly about these things. This was the worst stay I’ve ever had at a motel.

Bed sheets were clean, but one blanket had a cigarette burn hole. We couldn't use the air conditioner because it smelled horrible when plugged in, plus all the adjustment knobs had been removed so it couldn't be adjusted and was set at 85 degrees. Our reservation was for my family of four and they provided only two sets of towels, so I had to ask for more and go down to get them myself, then the maids replaced them the next day with only two sets again (so I had to go down to get more a second time). Many homeless people appear to be using this motel as temporary housing, so be prepared for that. I called ahead to ask if there would be a microwave in the room and was told there would be. However, there was no microwave and they didn't deliver one until late morning the day after I requested it. I would not stay here again.

Yohlande was amazing during our entire stay. She takes great pride in the property and providing the best service. I cannot fully express how grateful we are for Yohlande. She went above and beyond. This Motel 6 is the best we’ve ever stayed at. Definitely recommend!
