We did not stay here. It was extremely unsanitary and concerning. The towels were unwashed. It reeked of vomit. The pool looked like sewage water. The drain of the bathtub was backed up with rust and hair. I still had to pay for the night even though I came and left

The beds were dirty, it smelled like cigarettes and someone tried covering the smell with cologne. There is water damage on the ceilings and the walls. We asked for a refund but they offered two other rooms. When we checked the beds in the other room there was hair food crumbs and dirt under the sheets and urine stains on the mattress. We left the Comfort inn and went across the street and stayed in the Best Western.

This hotel was decent for a one night stay, but it looks run down. The door hinges were rusty, as were the lamps and parts of the shower. The shower didn’t have a liner, and the bathroom itself looked dingy. There was random dust and hair in the room. Also, the ceiling had a broken area. Breakfast was a disappointment. The breakfast area was nice and clean, but there was very little variety (cereal, yogurt, waffle maker, and Jimmy Dean sandwiches. There was also OJ and coffee). Pros: the bed was comfy, the AC worked great, and the price wasn’t bad for a one night stay.

Bed sheets and comforter were stained with brown stuff.. When asked for new sheets and comforter was sent sheets only. The employee didn't understand what the comforter was. Appeared not to understand what I said. The towels were not changed the next day. Continental breakfast was "Do it yourself" breakfast and granola bars. Bring your sheets, towels, and Breakfast. Will not stay there again.

The employees are awesome and very helpful. The hotel could definitely work on its cleanliness, the bathtub shower needed a good scrub and some tilex.

Like the area because close to family. House keeping did not have room ready to are satisfaction . Maybe we would stay there again . But not for sure.

I have stayed at many Comfort Suites and had a pleasurable experience. The staff was very nice and attentive; however the condition and cleanliness of the hotel is rundown. There was an odd smell in the room.

Adequate place to stay.
Staff was excellent. The air conditioning in the first room we were given was not working at all, and the clerk quickly found us another room. All desk employees were friendly and provided good service. Motel condition could have been better ... but I've stayed in a lot worse. Breakfast was satisfactory but I would not book the room based on the breakfast ... frozen breakfast sandwiches and waffles with some pastries.

The whole building smelled terrible, and their was mold in the shower and hairs in the pillows and all over the bathroom. Shower was clogged. This place should be close down.

This is a friendly and clean budget hotel. Our bathroom door hinge didn't work well. You had to lift the door to get it to close. The hotel was out of bar soap and the rooms did not have hair dryers. I would stay here again because the staff did the very best with what they had and the entire hotel was clean.

My room had no sheets on the bed and the phone was broke lights didnt work. I wwnt to desk requested another room the new room had no clean towels and a dirty mirror the drawers to put your clothes stinked like mildew.

This was one of the dirtiest hotels we've stayed in. Trash in elevators, walls smeared with mysterious stains, and the rooms had a very musty smell. It was gross enough, I wrote a review, which I rarely do.

Nice stay, needs a deep cleaning
Lobby entrance smelled musty, bottom of curtains in room had black on them (not like mold, I don't think...just need washed), where the shower and tub meet needs cleaned with bleach, black in corners. Other than that, my stay was great, everything was stocked and working properly and was quiet.

It was dirty, smells humid and old, didn't have warm sheet covers. We couldn't sleep well, could hear everything from the hallways and people slamming doors.

This hotel was the worst I have stayed in, I saw black spots on the restroom ceiling I am not sure if that was mold, the hall ways were dirty the walls the floors. There was a sign in the lobby that said they were remodeling that was a lie, I did not saw any construction in progress. when we got there there was no towels in the restroom. There was another visitor complaining of several things in his room. He told me he was change three times because something was wrong with the rooms. The windows not clean they looked green from the outside. Worst experience ever very disappointed
